Hey all,
I've just got my staff travel pass through for the first time and it says DUTY, LEISURE AND RESIDENTIAL.
Couple of questions, what's the difference between Leisure and Residential and does DUTY cover commuting?
Cheers in advance!
Does anyone know where the training centres are for some of the biggest TOCs? Maybe we could curate a list if there isn't one already.
I'm mainly interested in West Midlands - for those based in Bletchley :)
Hey all,
Just wondering if anyone had any idea how route scheduling works in terms of depots for FOCs like Frieghtliner.
Like how are the jobs dished out and what is an average shift like?
Just curious, what is it like to go through the process of being a trainee driver?
Like in as much detail as possible! Although I imagine every TOC is different
Psychometrics:
Can we build a comprehensive(ish) list of TOCs that we know pass on National Standards and those that pass on Enhanced for psychometrics!
I can start!
Enhanced: Frieghtliner & Transpennine Express
What makes psychometrics so hard?
What's the pass/fail rate?
Do TOCs usually hire those who make it past that stage?
How long does a passed one last on your record?
I'm sure all asked before but might be nice all in one place haha! Thank youuuu!
