Would I be correct in assuming that GWR do not yet intend (from Dec 2021 timetable at least) to reinstate the hourly services between CDF and PAD over the weekends, therefore no half hourly services on Saturdays and Sundays? Just weekdays only. And unless there is a plan to make further tweaks...

Could this be the first ever 387 to make it to Wales? Possibly not the first and that GWR have already started overnight tests to Cardiff previously? Either way, quite exciting.

Noticed that there are ‘unscheduled’ hourly directs loaded into RTT from late September 2021. Does this suggest that GWR intend to reinstate these services culminating in the return of half hourly Cardiff to Paddington services? These don’t appear to be reflected in GWRs own online journey...
