RTT shows 4O34 Mossend to Soton W Docks running over S and C. Running late at the moment but will be nice to see thru Bamber Bridge later. Any one know why its routed this way please.

Just read on Railway Herald railtour site,Tornado will be removed at Hellifield tomorrow due to gauging issue at Daiseyfield nr Blackburn..was looking forward to seeing her thru Bamber Bridge...probably why she was removed last week. Can anyone advise please ?

My colleague Munchener informed me today a Huddersfield To Blackpool North is booked to stop at Brig.Asuming its not canned at the last minute,is this for platform accommadtion tests etc? Are the units being lined up for Colne workings as well? Thanks
