I think you've misinterpreted what I've written. I had signal on the platform - I didnt have signal prior to that. I've personally found that if I attempt to buy a ticket on an app and move into an area without signal before completing the transaction, it is simply cancelled. That's something...

It has a machine/office - were they open on the date in question? Probably, which doesn't help my case. I only buy e-tickets. What I've learnt from this is buy in advance ALWAYS.
