Are you trying to book first class? I did and that was unavailable. I've switched class, removed my seat number from the seat column for first class, hit check availability and it says "all seats are available" in green. - This is for the Leeds to KGX route. Hitting submit, shows the payment page.

Try submitting and see if it updates that bit for you
