Its a difficult one, personally I think employers should show more consideration when it comes to short notice interviews or interviews in general. They would not want one of their own employees to act the same way. Employers whos recruitment process is spread out over many days should...

Bit of a drawn-out process, how do they expect people to get the time off?. Putting stage 2 psy at the end also seems illogical- passing all then potential failing at the last hurdle....:rolleyes:
