The problem I find with the train fares there's too many for a start and should be straight forward also if you want to get people out of cars train tickets need to be cheaper than it would be to drive somewhere and be more frequent to the suit the customer needs so they can turn up on the day...

When I went to derby for a football match instead of going from bedford I went from from mkc and changed at tamworth for a cross country service to derby way cheaper

I belive it did it was a lner service from stevenage to grantham to leeds it was a split ticket

This is the responce from trainpal I tried to get a refund before departure time but said I didnt qualify for a refund

I did speak to them before the date of travel at the time I only could change them but the date I wanted was for September wasnt feasible and wasnt aloud a refund surely now due to the goverments involvement in the railway I should be getting a refund

can anybody give me some information I bought advance tickets from trainpal and didn't travel because of the corona virus situation and they wont give me a refund I was suppose to travel on the 20 - 22 of march I have lost that money now and wont get a refund
