Re kirkstall forge, will there be foot access across the canal into Bramley Fall Park? A friends house is actually on the map extract shown on page 16, and I hadn't realised how close (as the crow flies) she was to the new station.

Won't all the (theoretical) elecric trains through Dawlish be bi mode? If so, surely having a short section without catenary (for both reasons) is entirely feasible?

This could come into its own on stretches where there is room/funds for a third line but not four.
