Firstly, congratulations. :) As far as I remember, the reactions test is the one where you're sat at a computer with some headphones, pedals & specially made keyboard with different colour buttons. The screen tells you which buttons/pedals to press, and you have to keep up. A tip: It runs 2...

First attempt with HEx 4 years back. Numerous tries with other TOC's for various positions where I got nothing (sometimes not even a reply). An attempt with LOROL for a Guard, where I screwed up in the assessment due to not listening. :oops: An attempt last year with FGW for Trainee...

I imagine there's better people on here who can be of assistance from a legal side, but from a realistic side (and 2 years as a union rep); there's nothing you can do. For a start, being a contract worker, you'll find you don't have many (if any) of the same rights as a full time staff member...
