I found the SJT very difficult as it seemed like most answers could have been right. Any idea how to pass this?

I fill out the application online do the SJT assessment then get an email saying I’m unsuccessful every time.

I assume commercial guard comes under that category too?

After the initial application and SJT I just get an unsuccessful email.

You have to wait until you're 21 anyway so a while to wait yet! There are books and cds available to help you with the tests.

Yes they will ask for an example of when you have delivered excellent customer service and a time where you have had to persuade someone to your point of view. They asked me for a second example of each as well.

They are job specific questions. I did one for FGW yesterday but yet again did not pass. Is there any way i could maybe get relevant experience or whatever I need to get a railway job? The people currently working on the railway must have got in somehow.
