Metrolink does not go to Trafford Centre. Best suggestion is to start at this site http://www.tfgm.com/journey_planning/Tickets/Pages/tickets.aspx and check if any of the system one tickets suits.

I would have thought people in Chorlton wishing to go to the airport by train would travel to Piccadilly. Far greater choice of trains.

So why not use all units currently working Pic to Media City and Pic Eccles as double formations and run them Pic Eccles via Media City.

It surely makes more sense to have Eccles to Cornbrook and Media City to Piccadilly as the daytime pattern if capacity between Cornbrook and St Peter's Square is a problem.
