    Peak or off-peak? Some stations have hourly off-peak, with enhanced peak time. For instance, Kings Lynn- 0.747 million (08/09 figures), is hourly off-peak, but approx half-hourly during the peak

    Good points- scratch Beckton (DLR) off the list- but maybe add Heathrow Terminal 4- not a conventional Terminus I'll grant, but a Balloon Loop terminus nonetheless?

    Four bay platforms two to the south, two to the north. 2&3 are 8 carriage, I think 5&6 may be too? Other: Alloa.

    But although the platform is on a siding, there is still a through-line to Longannet (and then onto connections to the Forth Rail bridge)- I belive railtours have even used this line? I'd count out both Glasgow Central and Queen Street for the low levels, and St Pancras for Thameslink. Kings...

    Define "London". No really. Are we talking: 1. Inside the M25 2. the boundary of Greater London 3. Zones 1-6 4. another definition so that the whole of the Metropolitan line is included?
