It might help the OP to consider though that of the three 'incidences', all of them were just demonstrations of the Tube operating safely. Nothing accidental or out of control happened. Yes, unfortunately the OP didn't know what was happening, but it was all under control.
What is it you're expecting to happen if you're stopped in the tunnel OP?
I wouldn't see it as an 'issue', it just a fundamental function of a signalling system. It's there to keep trains apart, so it's routine for trains to be stopped by it.
