1 hour delay from carmarthen

anyone got any idea why there is a hour delay for a train between tenby and Pembroke dock this train runs from carmarthen and is crewed by them

The delay code is down as ‘Currently under investigation’. It left Carmarthen 29 late, and spent 36 minutes at Whitland for some reason:

36 mins at Whitland and the 15:09 from Pembroke dock proceeded from tenby as no train at platform and had had no word from tfw presumably saw it first hand

Makes overall sense to hold the down train at Whitland as it has an hour turnround at Pembroke.
