150 + 3-car 158 combo on Caldervale line!!!

Anyone know why on the 1034 Todmorden to Leeds (1000 ex- Manchester Victoria) was formed of a 150/2 and a 3 car 158 combo? I guess that some doors/cars/a train were locked out as there is no way a 109m long train is going to fit in Caldervale/Hudds line platforms. This train is booked as a 144.

Any help appreciated. :)
