No, there aren't any diagrammed passenger services (as far as I'm aware) but there is 150 operated service between Birmingham New Street and Hereford. The only other time you're likely to see a 150 on the Snow Hill lines is on ECS moves to/from Tyseley.

On a related matter, yesterday while boarding the 1205 Birmingham New Street-Shrewsbury service I watched a 3-coach 172 pull into the station. Anyone know what route that would have been on?

I'm sure someone else will be able to provide more detail, but I've seen them on the Hereford services as few times.

There does seem to be a bit of interchangeability between the 172s and 170s (there have been several recent instances of 170+153 at Snow Hill).

A 172 on a Saturday at Birmingham New Street, possibly could of been on the additional services between Bromsgrove & Birmingham.

There's 172s booked to Birmingham New Street on Saturdays and Sundays as well I believe and on Monday-Fridays there's a 170+153 pairing booked on the Snow Hill lines in the peak.

The LM 150 Diagrams are:

08.38 Great Malvern - New St
1349 New Street to Hereford
17:59 New Street - Great Malvern

As for 150s on the snow hill lines, there are no diagrams but one may appear if any 172s go bang...

It might have been arriving at New Street having worked the 1106 Rugeley TV - New Street service (arrives at New Street at 12:03), although I've never seen a 172 on the Chase. Would love to see one though.
