158 express through Dewsbury 12th March

About 1020 this morning, a Northern 3 car 158 came barrelling through Dewsbury heading towards Thornhill LNW Junction

Northerns are usually all stoppers here and I'm not aware of any booked working at the above sort of time normally anyway

Does anyone have any idea what it was doing?

No doubt something to do with the Littleborough signaling failure/ trespasser on the line at Bradford Interchange/ Thorpes Bridge points failure all around the same time, some trains were turned back ECS to Leeds off the Calder Valley route.
