16-25 3 Year Railcard latest age you can buy it at?

Is it the day before your 24th birthday or your 25th ?

Also are Trainline offering their discount on 3 year cards? I suspect not.

My understanding is that a 3-year 16-25 Railcard can bought (online only) right up until the day before your 24th birthday, whereas a 1-year Railcard can be bought right up until the day before your 26th birthday.

Both can then be used until their respective expiry dates.

TrainLine are offering the discount on the three-year 16-25 Railcard. Handily mine needed renewing yesterday so I bought a three-year one for £35:
