1992 - 1994 Pictures of class 158's in Red Livery needed (liverpool - newcastle etc)

anyone have any photos of class 158's between 1992 and 1994 could be earlier and later dates

they used to be express trains in white livery from liverpool to nottingham etc which is now central trains

but id like photos of the 158 in a red livery back in those years, think they used to travel liverpool to leeds.. and im sure many other northern destinations

They branded their services MetroTrain. The 321/9s are still in this livery, for now anyway, along with the 155s. The only 158 left in the original Express livery is 158750, with vinyls saying First TPX along the body side - I suspect it's at First Great Western now.

Metro is the "trading name" of West Yorkshire PTE, just like West Midlands PTE is Centro & Tyne and Wear is Nexus

WYPTE still have their original ten Class 158s (158901 - 158910), but they're now in the newer livery. :thumblef:
