1M96 1109 Glasgow Central [GLC] - Manchester Airport [MIA], 185 on Fridays?

Does anyone know why this service runs as a 185 on Fridays, while Monday to Thursday it's a 350?

Allows another service to operate as a pair of Class 350s I expect.

From next months Summer timetable another Friday service will have reduced capacity following the transfer of 170s to Southern & pairs of 156s to some Blackpool services.

I can't even begin with the craziness of running single 185s to Scotland...

it is better than running zero car 185's to Scotland and cancelling the service

I agree it is crazy but sometimes you have to play the hand you are dealt
