Join Alan Spencer and friends aboard a birthday charter train hauled by a Class 37 (37510 requested) and a ROG Class 57/3 (in top n tail formation).
The route is:
Derby (approx. 08:00 pu) - Burton on Trent - Elford Loop - Kingsbury Jn - Hams Hall Arrival Line (subject to on the day requirements) - Sutton Park - Walsall (pu) - Dudley Turnback Siding (rev) - Walsall - Sutton Park - Camp Hill - Bromsgrove - Worcestershire Parkway - Cheltenham Spa - Gloucester (1hr break).
Gloucester - Cheltenham (High Street Loop) - Eckington Loop - Worcester Through Siding - Bromsgrove - Lickey Incline - Camp Hill - Water Orton - Nuneaton - Leicester - Toton Centre - The Old Road - Sheffield (sd) - Chesterfield (sd) - Derby (approx 20:30. sd)
Tickets cost £110 (child fare £65).
All First Class seating.
Catering will be available onboard.

The Class 37 will lead from Derby in the morning, plus on the return leg from Gloucester.
The Class 57/3 will only work Dudley - Gloucester.
