Just been looking at Southeastern's website, and saw that some Hayes services are 3-car. As there are no 508s left there, then I'd assume that they're 375/3s.

Was it mentioned under the live service info? If so it might be a 465 with one carriage locked out of use which happens fairly frequently or a 378 with two carriages out of use which, rarer, occurred recently.

One 395 had Coach A locked OOU on Wednesday working 1F44 1555 STP - FAV but the unit was back to 6 coaches as I saw it the next day (think it was 395013)
