WNXX.com reports that 45112 is at Gloucester for evaluation for use with Cotswold Rail. So could this mean OTMR fitting soon?

Or alternatively Oxley refused 45112 entry (due to FM owing Alstom money) so had to be taken to Gloucester. 86233 has also been impounded in the same situation.

You decide...

I know what my money's on!

Cotswold's Class 31's - 31452, 31461 (stored)
Class 33 - 33202

Interesting to see Cotswold move into Class 31 operation after selling the 31's they had a few years ago

either way the peak is privatly owned and as it was transfered to "RAM Rail" it should be protected from bailifs and there is nothign wrong with its owner wanting to put it to work on the mainline through another operator.

if memory serves FM Rail couldnt justify fitting the peak with otmr due to cost and the use they have fo rth eloco....
considering that most movments that FM rail had been undertaking were all requiring 2x locomotives in multiple or workign together hence the 3x class 31's on the col trial.. 47145 and 47832 in multi on the intermodal..
the 2x shove doffs on the BP...
as far as im aware there was nothign else compatable with 45112

31452 and 33202 have moved to Gloucester. Also this from wnxx.com

RVLO...
A new pool coded RVLO (RVE Derby Operational Locomotives) has been set up. 31106 31190 and 31459 have been allocated, all three transferring from SDPP.
Anyone got any details - I didn't think RVE operated any locos but just maintained them. Are the locos listed all privately owned?

From wnxx.com

31128 (SDPP) has been hauled to Gloucester today from Derby by 47828 prompting speculation that Cotswold Rail may be adding another Class 31 to their books
45112 on the move again...
With its farewell to mainline running tour due to take place in under 48 hours 45112 (SDMS) has been collected from Gloucester and taken up to Derby for resurrection to working order. After picking up 45112 from Gloucester 47853 took it to the Severn Valley Railway where Crewe bound 50044 was attached at Kidderminster for transfer to LNWR at Crewe from where 45112 was forwarded from to Derby this evening by 47847. 47847 is understood to be the nominated support engine for the tour with 45112 on the 27th to Holyhead.
