Are there any time restrictions when issued with one of these cards from any TOC inc LU when issued with one of these?

I have been onto the Greater Anglia service and can see no mention of a zone 7 validity, and the TFL website does not show anything otherwise.
I am asking on behalf of somone who uses the chiltern service from South ruislip and works as a volunteer near Baker Street part time.

I seem to remember you could not use these before 9.30am ?

From the 60+ Oyster T&C's.

The scheme allows holders to travel free of charge on TfL bus, Tube, tram,
Docklands Light Railway (DLR), London Overground and some National Rail
services at all times. 60+ London Oyster photocard holders can also travel
free of charge on certain other National Rail services in Greater London after
09:30 Monday-Friday and at all times on Saturdays, Sundays, and public
holidays

6. The 60+ London Oyster photocard is not valid on:
• Virgin Trains
• London Midland and Southern services between Harrow & Wealdstone
and Watford Junction
• ScotRail services
• Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted Express services
• Heathrow Connect between Hayes & Harlington and Heathrow
• South Eastern High Speed 1 services

If they have the same validity as London Freedom Passes, that's zones 1-9, but it seems there's no validity on Southeastern to Dartford and Swanley that Freedom Passes have.

The 60+ Oyster Photocard Map shows when and where you can use it on rail services. It looks to me that it's exactly the same as for the Freedom Pass (including Dartford & Swanley).

So it's valid on LU from South Ruislip at any time; but on Chiltern between South Ruislip and Marylebone, it's not valid before 09:30 on Mon-Fri.

The Overground dotted line will need to be extended to show free travel on Southern/Southeastern routes on the ELLX2 after 9.30am.
