    Evening all,

One photo from Balally this afternoon of 5020 arriving at the tram stop. The main news of the day was long term stopped unit 22037 returning to traffic working the 1725 Heuston - Limerick. 22037 was the unit involved in the Laois Traincare Depot derailment of 20th January 2010. Three carriages had to be sent to the Railcare Springburn works in Glasgow for repairs to be carried out. Pictures of 22037 at Portarlington and Templemore.

Unfortunately 22037 didn't stay out of trouble for long. While working the 1705 Heuston - Tralee on Saturday 19th November the train was damaged by a stonethrower and suffered a smashed windscreen on vehicle 22137. The following morning the unit went empty from Cork to Laois Traincare for repairs. It was pictured at Clonkeen near Portlaoise while working empty from Cork.
