A whille back ( September 2004 ) Virgin said that they are using 90s on 4 trains a day between BNS & Man Picc. Does anyone have the diagrams for this REGULAR train

TIA Jim

Its not a regular diagram Jim. It's if there aren't enough Voyagers in service then Control would send out the shortened Mk2 set and EWS Class 90 from Crewe. It comes out randomly a few times a week but can switch diagrams now and again. :)

i don't quite follow you when you said "a Freightliner Skoda was passing there at 14:10
A freightliner's double cans were passing southbound at 14:00" also i am suprised to hear a class 90 was hauling a frieghtliner train, frieghtliner trains on the WCML are mostly hauled by double headed freightliner class 86's

This was to cover Voyager diagrams while they have modifications done to them. It looks like it may be going on for longer than originally planned

Sorry, what are Skodas? Apart obviously from the cars made by them, what do you refer to by using 'skodas' in your post heart-of-wessex?

Skodas = 90s.

It the class 90s nickname like a 66 is a shed, 67 is a skip etc
