A lot a traffic from Carlisle to Glasgow via Mauchline this evening....

Currently 4 freight trains between Dalry and Paisley Gilmore street. All seem to have come from Carlisle via Mauchline. What's going on? WCML closed?

Seems like a bit of a freight convoy!

Apparently no trains between Paisley GS and Glasgow this Sunday. Probably to do with the engineering works....

There were five engineering trains off Carlisle last night and then very early this morning two track machines. All heading to shields Jn or Paisley Gilmour st area of Glasgow

Yes they will be. They will have worked up to those locations in the days before. Crew often move about by van.
