I can't say that I like it.

1) It makes my eyes go funny trying to focus on it.
2) This sort of tool is intended for use with a photo that has a single point of focus, not one with a lot of extra clutter.
3) The gantry upright is distracting
4) the empty space to the right of the upright is wasted space
5) the overall composition is poor - have a look here for some tips

Yeah, I have to pretty much agree with what everyone else here says.
It doesn't work too well with that picture, but it could make another picture look great.
