I was the the person who couldn't stop coughing and sneezing and seemed to be getting in the way all the time (having a bad day). Was surprised to see the DRS 66 pass through - I was looking for a better vantage point at the time so didn't get a shot. The DRS 66 was stabled at Bristol later in the day togehter with a couple of other Freightliner 66's so I guess it is on hire to them.

ah I was out on the rail at around the same time too, Flew past that DRS 66 (I was a tad shocked) between cardiff and newport on an ex mml 170.

That FL 66 is the first thing I've EVER seen using that little siding at Cardiff!

As for 66407, certainly rare to see a DRS locomotive down in South Wales!
