I.B.J. - Insulated block joint.

M.S.P. - Master of site protection?

P.I.C.O.M. - Person in charge of maintenance?

Correct. I doubt anyone will get MSP, SPRS i'd hope One-TN would chip in with
I thought the chav would get AIS aswell

Yeah i wasn't 100% on that, i was thinking of the switch you use to release the brakes. Like you'd isolate a burst brake pipe basically
