Wouldn't be high speed as there is a level crossing immediately before Addlestone station from the Weybridge end. It's also a blooming nuisance, comes down for no reason at all, stays down for 5 minutes then the barriers lift up again... Sometimes it does this for them to immediately come down again and a blooming freight train comes past.
