Advice on how to ensure there were no unknown prosecutions?

Moved house more than a year ago, prior to moving houses I received a warning for using a southern ticket on a SWR train by accident. No details were taken down.

Recently watching the news of cases where people received fines sent to their old address which led to court hearings without their knowledge has gotten me worried about it happening to myself.

So here in lies the question, is there a way to find out whether there are any court hearings / fines addressed to me that I am unaware of / were addressed to my old address?

I guess as well, if my details were never requested before is this scenario a possibility?

As far as I'm aware a dbs check would be able to identify a conviction? That is if something has already escalated all the way to the court and a verdict has already been given?

And a credit check will allow for CCJ's to show up?

You can't do a DBS on yourself other than a Basic check so I'm not sure that would help. You'd be looking at a Subject Access Request.
A basic check would reveal if you have been convicted of a recordable offence in the past twelve months.
