Hi all, I am wondering if it is possible to still purchase All Line Rovers? Looking at doing one mid May since restrictions seem to allow this

Yes, I think the only rover/ranger that has been withdrawn is the Spirit of Scotland one.
At the moment there are still (largely nominal) bans on travelling between England, Wales and Scotland, but these are due to be lifted very soon. You can already travel to your heart's content within England, or within Wales.
