Hi,

Can anyone confirm that tha All Line Rover is valid on the 10.00 Kings Cross - Edinburgh tomorrow? In effect making the restriction until 09.59 or is the restriction lifted at 10.01?

Yes, it is valid. You cannot board East Coast trains at King's Cross BEFORE 10:00 on an All Line Rover. See here.
