Despite having the day above, I'm expecting a lot of people to read 'Date Event Runs From 01/08 to 03/08/2025' and turn up to the wrong date or all three of them.
Hi @317362. See Tickets have now sent me the 2 child tickets I was owed.Like you I purchased a family ticket from Mortons. An hour ago See Tickets sent me 2 adult tickets, but so far there's no sign of the 2 child tickets I am owed. Perhaps you and me should meet up on the day!
I'm thinking of waiting a few days to see if See Tickets send me the 2 child tickets.
That's good, nothing yet but have asked and will update here for anyone in same position. See you there!Hi @317362. See Tickets have now sent me the 2 child tickets I was owed.
I bought my tickets from Mortons last Friday. No confirmation and no tickets. But they took the money ok!That's good, nothing yet but have asked and will update here for anyone in same position. See you there!
I wonder how many people they need to reply to!I bought my tickets from Mortons last Friday. No confirmation and no tickets. But they took the money ok!
I've contacted Greatest Gathering via X who told me that someone would be in touch. Yet here we are... nearly one week later and absolutely nothing! Starting to lose patience now!

Thanks @theblackwatch . I hadn't seen that.From the FAQ:
Those who bought tickets on Friday, 31 January through our original provider will receive their tickets from our new ticketing partner by Friday, 14 February at the latest. This is an automatic process and there is nothing for you to do in addition at this time.
No need to be impatient until after the 14th!
Hi ACBest, the same happened to me. Just go to See Tickets website and go to the Customer Support option and you can view your order or use the Retrieve Confirmation Email option. I got the confirmation email sent again and it worked fine with the eticket attached.Did anyone else get a blank email from See Tickets with the subject ‘Alstom presents The Great Gathering’ which has no text, nor any attachments?
... on my mind, how will we get 10,000 rail enthusiasts to Derby, most of whom will want to travel by rail! Is there anything out there about any extra services etc. being put on. It would very much encapsulate the modern railway to not provide extra capacity and have people unable to get to the event!
The same happened to me too, and I also did the above process, and now have my ticketsHi ACBest, the same happened to me. Yes, also looks as though 91110, a 93, a 60 and a JNA-T wagon all expected to be there too.Just heard that 46115 "Scots Guardsman" is going to be there, maybe I might have to get a hotel...

Yes. A steam engine and a class 50.Just out of curiosity, does everyone’s tickets have a picture of a pair of locos on? Just being a tad paranoid after talk online of scammers.
Far from them being the ”iconic” line up that is being promoted and I was hoping for, so far the announced attendees seem to be any old clunkers owners and train companies are willing to offer. The Greatest Gathering promises to showcase iconic vehicles from the past, present and future of Britain’s railways.
at lest they have added the 390 nowI have tickets - I can walk in from home in 20 minutes so it was a bit of a no-brainier. I appreciate there’s likely to be lots more to come, but to date I’m a bit disappointed as the vehicles list seems rather lacklustre…
