An attempt to try and improve North Manchester services

Started my own FB group today to raise awareness and give people the opportunity to have their say about the poor quality of service received on the 82/83/180/184 bus routes Manchester - Oldham - Saddleworth

Was it not the case, that when the Oldham Heavy-Rail Loop Line was closed, there was a statement made to the effect that bus services on the route (of which Manchester to Oldham is a major section for journeys made) would be much increased, until the Manchester Mertrolink system was fully operational on the Oldham and Rochdale line, which was being made suitable for such a mode of transport.

I do note that First Manchester run the vast majority of the services to which you refer and also note that this company received a very large fine and a "public warning" from the Traffic Commissioner as a result of not heeding past warnings about their performance adherence to the timings on some of their routes.
