Note; I'm not writing this to save money - although that's nice! - it's just I've always used a travelcard in London, not contactless, so some stuff puzzles me!
Here goes;
Saturday.
(1) Euston Tube to Stratford Tube - one journey; tap in, tap out. I get that.
Alternative
(2) Euston Tube to Camden Town ....tap in/out then walk to Camden High Road (Rail) to Stratford tap in/out.
So there are two valid routes, one involves leaving a station and walking, but it's still the same leaving and arriving point, an two zones.
How is the single fare worked out (ie for (2) are there two single fares added together?)
