Quick afternoon visit to SDR at Buckfastleigh for the Winter Steam Gala with locos in service.

I had hope to returned to do regular trip reports but sadly work commitments a day college essays have taken up most of my free time.

I'll try uploading occasionally with pictures.

Starting from before Xmas last year where a weekend in London happened in order to clear the Elizabeth line.

Finally had the chance for a ride on a routemaster around London.

Visited the transport museum at Covent Garden.

Oh lovely. A few us had a run behind 55022 on the WSR a few years back at one of the galas but I can’t even remember what year that was now?

It was nice to see the GWR HST stabled at WSR Minehead on behalf of GWR.

I think it fits well in the surroundings.
