Any news on the freightliners (NUN-PBO line)

It's been quite a long time since I've heard anything about the freightliner intermodals so could anyone shed some light on when they will be in full operation? Someone said they are going to start today (Sunday 25 March) but I doubt that as its a Sunday... Also does anyone know where they are going to refuel and stable the locos or a possible place do to so?
