I may be wrong but I can't see any exhausts on the engine nacelles

I presume Air Koryo have ordered some...... be a nice supplement to their fleet of Antonovs, Ilyushins and Tupolevs......

It's an adaptation of the Ukrainian An-140 with a rear cargo door. A few An-140's were licence manufactured in Iran from kits. This isn't really a new aircraft. Only about 35 An-140's have been built with just one or two in commercial service, if that. It's just another Iranian rip off.
