Anyone familiar with Solihull station?

Apologies for the basic question! I don’t take trains very often.

I am travelling from Solihull station tomorrow at 8:30am.

Online shows that the ticket office opens at 9am. Will the main entrance also be closed before 9am or can I use it as normal? Thanks
