App Problems

Might be in the wrong section this so feel free to move.

Is anyone else having any trouble connecting to the forum with the rail uk iPhone app? Since yesterday it's not letting me log in and keeps telling me there is a connection issue?

I can get online via safari and have deleted and reloaded the app. Any other ideas?

This appears to be affecting the Android app to. We will investigate and try to fix the problem as soon as possible.

Glad I have seen this. Was trying to get on earlier this afternoon and thought it was just a problem with the WiFi point I was using

If it helps, I have not updated or changed anything on my Iphone since before the issues started. Maybe the foum 'engine' has changed its protocols slightly, and the app isnt happy with them?

If it helps in diagnosis, I was online on iPod earlier and by habit went to the app. Naturally, it didn't work but it did bring up a notification I had, which is new in the last few hours. So evidently something is connecting somewhere, just not everything

Version 1.2 of the Android App is now available on Google Play.

For those on iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch, it has been uploaded to iTunes and is awaiting approval by Apple, which can take a while.

This fixes a number of issues that existed with the software previously.
