The Arco 283, which is the only through train across Northern Spain, from the French border to Santiago de Compostela, is not shown on the timetable after the beginning of February. 
Does anyone know why.
From mid-February there is no efficient way of travelling from France to North-West Spain by rail. There are a couple of local trains each day that take hours because they stop at every halt and station.
