Hi all, I'm going to be in London on Sunday and if you can recommend anywhere that I might see a bit of freight, it would be mucho appreciated!

There's not that much freight on Sundays, although your best bet would probably be Willesden Junction.
There's a footbridge accessible from just outside the station, which spans the WCML. It has a good view of most of the trains.
Someone else might have some info on engineering trains, as there are probably some of those about on Sunday!

it is a bit rough round there mind!
Sundays are not the best (or even close) day to spot freight. Anything that does run is usually ad-hoc/run as required. May see some engineering trains but these can run wildly out of path.
