Seems that there are quite a few comments (especially given travel restrictions) regarding departure times being brought forward
Surely this should be a worse case scenario with services being stepped back being preferred as far as a member of the public travelling would be concerned?
Seems that a woman was due to travel on the last departure from Watford Junction and AWC did not handle it well. Again common sense would seem to say that in this instance a following service should have been amended to call. Or staff on the station to have a clue on how to handle would have worked too...
