Just seen Avanti West Coast put out a tweet about a new reduced service. It really is cut down to the bone.



Just pulled out the headlines

Birmingham
Two trains per hour to Wolverhampton calling at Watford Junction, Milton Keynes Central, Rugby, Coventry, Birmingham International, Birmingham New Street, Sandwell & Dudley and with some extending to Edinburgh/Blackpool calling at stations north of Wolverhampton.

Manchester
One train per hour between Manchester Piccadilly and London Euston – calling at Milton Keynes Central, Stoke-on-Trent, Macclesfield and Stockport.

Glasgow
One train per hour between Glasgow Central and London Euston – calling at Crewe and regular calling points including Wigan North Western, Warrington Bank Quay, Preston, Lancaster, Oxenholme, Penrith and Carlisle.

Liverpool
One train per hour between Liverpool and London Euston – calling at Stafford, Crewe and Runcorn.

Edinburgh via Birmingham
One train every two hours to Edinburgh.

Chester / Holyhead
One train per day in each direction between Holyhead and London Euston – calling at Milton Keynes Central, Crewe, Chester and stations to Holyhead. A shuttle service will operate between Holyhead and Crewe.

Blackpool
Occasional Service.

Shrewsbury / Wrexham

Occasional Service.
