09/02/2016. Just to let anyone know if they are coming to Lancaster / Morecambe to do Bare Lane North Curve that nothing is using it at the moment. I caught the 16:05 Lancaster to Leeds today and it went to Morecambe and then back to Lancaster then to Carnforth and Leeds. The guard on the unit said it was due to cable theft. Apparently the curve was not used yesterday either and the railhead is definitely looking a bit orange/rusty now.

10/02/2016. Noticed on RTT that 2Y61 16:05 Lancaster to Leeds has today again done LAN-MCM-LAN instead of taking Bare Lane North Curve.

14/02/2016. It looks like everything is back to normal now on Bare Lane North Curve. According to RTT, the SuO services, 2Y99 14:29 LAN to LDS and 2C45 21:03 LAN to BIF, both went booked route between Bare Lane and Hest Bank via the North Curve.
