Barming to Oxford route options

Currently bashing the Great Western mainline using an 'any permitted route' ticket between the aforementioned stations. Does this mean i could potentially return via Marylebourne?

Nah. Ran out of time. Jumped on a GWR 800 back to Paddington. Very busy which was good to see
