There is only two numbers there???

Meaning its not 4! surely?

Correct a mundo. The only nice thing is the livery and the fab444 made the '4hit' up.

455 4-slide-slide Certain problems with leaves :) Interestingly, the bell code 4-5-5 is "train running away on right line"...

No, 4HIT was to be the Southern Region code for 455s, but it was never applied. I believe it stands for High Intensity Tightlock. Or at least, I think it was 4HIT... could be 4HDT come to think of it. I don't know if 456s got these codes, could be 2HIT? Also Networkers never got these codes, but I assume they would've been something like 4NET and 2NET. I'm not sure whether some of the newer stocks' classifications are 'official' or made up by enthusiasts (5WES, 4DES, 4JOP etc.)?

No - 5860 and 5864 are the only remaining un-refurbs so he obviously means final 2 ;)

Errr.......5860 to 5864 is five NUMBERS (UNITS), 5860, 5861, 5862, 5863 AND 5864. :)

I know but i don't know which ones are refurbs or gone on the blink or if one doesn't even exist.

Your quick on the ball just not with the thinkin of logic/common sence
