Anyone got any suggestions for cheapest fare for Bridgend to Liv South on 9 August. Need to arrive latest at about 1600. No railcards, no discounts at all.

The fare of £29.80 is from Llanelli to Liverpool South Parkway via the Heart of Wales line, this ticket split wouldn't be any use to the OP

However if the OP wishes to travel via the lovely Heart of Wales line, then for an extra 90p and not tied to a specfic service these tickets here would be the best split :

0829 Bridgend - Shrewbury 1308 via Llanelli & Heart of Wales

I would recommend the Heart of Wales to anyone but it depends if the OP wishes a short journey or a rather long one.
